"Web Portal" means this MyTampines Web Portal at http://www.mytampines.sg, "Services' refers to any and all content (all information including but not limited to data files, written text, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos, images, signs, marks, graphics, layout, script, or hyperlinks), materials, applications, services and functionality provided or made available on or through the Web Portal. "Third Party Information" refers to data, information and/or opinions from various third party individuals and/or organizations that are not generally controlled, influenced, affiliated or otherwise connected with GYP

2.1 If you are only browsing the Web Portal, we do not capture data that allows us to identify you individually.

2.2 If you are signing up for a particular Service that requires registration and/or making an enquiry via email, we may collect and use your personal information to operate and improve our Web Portal and Services. We do not exercise control over the third-party websites displayed as search results, products or services, or third party websites linked to or from the Web Portal. These third-party websites may have privacy policies different from ours, and may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party websites and encourage you to consult the privacy notices of these third-party websites.

4. Accessing and updating personal information

4.1 We make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate purposes.
