MyTampines Programme – Frequently Asked Questions

CARD



  1. MyTampines card is an exclusive resident only card that allows its community dwellers to enjoy privileges , discounts and benefits beyond monetary concerns.

  2. Each household is presented with one pre-activated MyTampines card. You can apply for an additional card for another member of the household. If you have not received your card, please call the service hotline is 6351-1818.

  3. This card has no expiry date but GYP (card issuer) has the sole discretion to discontinue the card at any given point. Please see terms and condition on the account.

  4. No, there will be a charge of $5 for every lost card.

  5. Drop the additional card application form on the MyTampines Card boxes available at YES stores. The boxes at YES supermarket will be place come Jan 15th 2012 onwards.

    The following are the YES Supermarket Outlets where the boxes will be placed:
    • Blk 201B Tampines St 21 #01-1091
      Singapore 522201
    • Blk 829 Tampines Street 81
      #01-272/274/276/278
      Singapore 520829
    Collection of boxes from the following outlets will be on a weekly basis for the first two weeks.

  6. Registering your card online will give you access to check your loyalty points, updates on the latest rewards, promotions and discounts in Tampines and will allow customizationof your account.

  7. The furnished data on the additional forms will be used as reference to verify the identity of the card applicant.

  8. Currently, MyTampines card is only available exclusively for residents of Tampines.

  9. The customer details was furnished from your registered details from the Yellow Pages Directory.

  10. MyTampines card is exclusively distributed to the residents of Tampines community,. The card offers deals, discounts and benefits exclusive to Tampines residents.

  11. Residents with landline, although opted for private listing will also be receiving the card. Details has been furnished from the billing info.

  12. For updates and issuance of a new card, you can either fill up a data refreshment form found in YES supermarket or you can call customer service at +65 6351–1818

  13. If you have not received you card, please check with customer service for assistance, please call +65 6351–1818.



MERCHANT AND BENEFITS

  2. Welcome benefits of the MyTampines Card is subject to the terms and conditions of each sponsor which is reflected on http://www.mytampines.sg/card/prerewards

  4. The Service Hotline is 6351-1818.

  5. The residents will have to visit http://www.mytampines.sg/card/participating-merchants from time to time to be informed of the additional benefits.

  6. MyTampines program is designed to allow individual merchant to run its own loyalty marketing program. You will only get to see the reward balance earned under that particular merchant you are transacting with. You may login to MyTampines website to view your full details.



PORTAL



  1. Customization of the account as for now, allows you to change your password and preferred name in the account.

  2. You are allowed to use personal email, but we strongly recommend that you use the secure email account furnished to you by GYP previously that can be found in the Residential collection advice slip (e.g: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).

  3. Currently, its not yet available. For assistance please check with the service hotline – 6351-1818.

  4. Yes. You can post classified ads on the portal using your Mytampines email furnished to you by GYP previously that can be found in the Residential collection advice slip. If you don’t have an account you can register below. File size of images should not be bigger than 1MB. Character limit for title and description is indicated in the classified ad form.

  5. You find out your rewards balance easily by anytime by logging in the MyTampines website.
